    Charges: Homicide, Robbery, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

    Charges: Felon Not to Possess a Firearm and Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.

    Client, a convicted felon prohibited from possessing a firearm, accused of storing a rifle in his bedroom closet and selling heroin. Client facing up to 20 years in state prison.

    Result: Not Guilty - Jury Trial.

    Charges: Four Felony Robbery Cases

    Client accused of robbing four pharmacies for prescription medication. Client facing a combined sentence of more than 70 years in state prison.

    Result: Sentenced to Probation.

  • Commonwealth v. A.J.

    Charges: Attempted Rape, Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse, Indecent Assault.

    Client, who had never been in trouble before, accused of inviting the alleged victim to his home and forcing her to perform sexual acts on him against her will. Client facing decades in state prison and lifetime sex offender registration if convicted.

    Result: Not Guilty - Jury Trial.

    Charges: Homicide, Robbery, Criminal Conspiracy

    Client was a juvenile charged as an adult and facing life in prison if tried and convicted in adult court.

    Result: Client’s Case Transferred to Juvenile Court After Successfully Litigated Decertification Hearing.

  • Commonwealth v. S.H.

    Charges: Homicide.

    Client accused of shooting and killing the alleged victim in broad daylight.

    Result: Charges withdrawn after the defense investigation revealed material falsehoods in the testimony of the Commonwealth’s key eyewitness.

    Charges: Robbery and Aggravated Assault.

    Client accused of robbing the alleged victim at gunpoint and assaulting him with the butt of the gun. Client facing up to 20 years in state prison if convicted.

    Result: Not Guilty - Jury Trial.

  • Commonwealth v. E.H.

    Charges: Four Felony Cases - Charges: Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Fleeing and Eluding Police, and Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance

    Client had four separate felony cases and was facing a combined sentence of more than 50 years in state prison.

    Result: Sentenced to Probation.

    Charges: Persons Not to Possess a Firearm, Receiving Stolen Property, Carrying a Firearm without a License

    Client, who was a felon prohibited from possessing a firearm, accused of concealing a firearm in his vehicle.

    Result: Charges withdrawn after Attorney Bishop successfully litigated a Motion to Suppress Evidence alleging an illegal search of client’s car.

    Charges: Indecent Assault, Endangering the Welfare of Children, Corruption of Minors.

    Client accused of inappropriately touching his stepdaughter. Client facing up to 12 years in state prison and 15 years of sex offender registration if convicted.

    Result: Not Guilty - Jury Trial.

  • Commonwealth v. L.P.

    Charges: Robbery, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Theft by Unlawful Taking.

    Client accused of robbing a Family Dollar by threatening store employees while claiming to be in possession of a firearm. Client facing up to 40 years in state prison.

    Result: Sentenced to Probation.
